Alpine Breckenridge Neighborhood at the foot of Red Mountain

High up, near the base of Hoosier Pass, Alpine Breck is living in the mountains with plenty of privacy and access to national forests: hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and only minutes into downtown Breckenridge. Lots here are at least 1/2 acre and have good soil for the septic systems and water swell that provide those utilities here. A few vacant lots are still available and the views are pretty great.
